My Long Natural Nails

People always ask me about my #natural #nails. How do they grow that long? What do you take? Use? Do? My answer? Nothing! I don't take supplements, I don't use nail growers, etc. My nails just grow long and fast. I have been wearing them natural for more than 15 years. I use to get acrylic nails back in high school but when I take them off my real nails wouldn't break and they would be super long, but they were thin and damaged.  I decided one day to just nurse my natural nails back to health. And my results are awesome!
